Dr. Marlon Titre is directeur van Filmhuis Den Haag. Voormalig Hoofd Klassiek aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium in dezelfde stad. Als gitarist en componist gaf hij jarenlang concerten over de hele wereld. Hij is bestuurslid bij het New European Ensemble, het Genootschap Nederland Aruba en de Dutch Don't Dance Division. Ook is hij adviseur bij het Fonds Podiumkunsten.
